Since 2014 our online reservation tool and e-ticket function are available for international bookings. For payment we accept MasterCard, Diners Club and SEPA (Single Euro Payments Area) Direct Debit.

Passengers travelling without vehicles

Passengers travelling onboard our ferries without a vehicle do not have to book their crossing in advance. Reservations are  only recommended for travellers taking along their car, motorcycle, scooter, motorhome, etc. We request all our passengers travelling without cars to obtain a valid ticket prior to boarding. Ticket control is going to be carried out upon embarkation. Please notice that onboard ticket sales are not available on the ferries of W.D.R.

Passenger tickets may be obtained from our sales offices and ticket vending machines located in the ports of Dagbüll, Schlüttsiel, Wyk/Föhr and Wittdün/Amrum. Please note that our sales office in Schlüttsiel opens only one hour before every scheduled departure. A ticket sales office and ticket vending machines are also available in the Service Centre of Inselparkplatz Car Park in Dagebüll.

Passengers travelling by train may obtain a combined ticket (including rail transportation and ferry crossing to Föhr, Amrum, Hooge or Langeneß) from German Railways' ticket counters and ticket vending machines located at rail stations throughout Germany.
